Carley cheated...

Well, at least I tried to read New Moon. I did, honest! Of course on page 73 I was in tears, again, but I pushed through. However, by page 102 I was feeling anxious and just couldn't help myself. I needed Edward back pronto! So, I turned to page 450 and never looked back. I love the end of this book - both Edward and Bella finally realising the depth of their love for each other. So, I read it twice, turned off the light and cuddled Sam till I fell asleep. Unfortunately he runs as hot as a wolf - so no, I wasn't dreaming of Edward's cold, marble skin as I drifted off ....

Carley picks up New Moon again...

Well, I finally finished reading Twilight again and feel unexpectedly excited about re-reading New Moon. To be honest, I normally skip New Moon. There is just too much Jacob and not enough Edward in my opinion - BUT, the New Moon trailer has me buzzing with anticipation and with fresh images of JACOB well and truly planted in the memory banks I think I am ready to give this book another shot. Be prepared, family, mummy is about to slip into a deep depressed state until Edward returns again!

Carley announces that The Bitten Bookclub is now in session!

Okay ladies, it's time to confess... how many times have you read your beloved Twilight books? Which book is your favourite? Have you read all of them yet or are you new to the TWI-MUM family? Share your stories with us so we can best choose a 'first reading' to get us started.

Where are we up to in our readings? Well, after reading the entire series in less than a week, I re-read Breaking Dawn twice because I just could not come to terms with it all being over. I have since gone back to where it all began to read the series all over agan. As for Fiona, she too has read all 4 books several times over. We just cannot get enough of them! Our favourite book would have to be Eclipse - by far. Hands down. But, I must say, after seeing the New Moon trailer this week I am a bit excited about re-reading New Moon again...
